Born and raised in Neenah, Wisconsin. I grew up participating in many sports such as softball, volleyball and figure skating. Figure skating was always my passion throughout childhood. Performing in front of others and competing in front of judges, was a challenge I enjoyed! Now I will have the excitement of performing on the dance floor.

After going to college for Skin Care then Nursing, I finally decided on Business Management. During high school and college I worked for our family business, Jack’s Maintenance Service, on and off along with working for an airline. For seven years I was able to fly all over the country working at different airports and sightseeing all the cities I was visiting. As much as I enjoyed traveling I decided I wanted to have my career a little closer to home and follow my passion which was being a part of our family business. Throughout the last few years with Jack’s Maintenance Service, I have experienced positions in specific accounts, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing. Recently became the Regional Manager after Jack’s opened a location in Green Bay.

Just within the last few months we moved to Fremont on the Wolf River, where most of my family lives currently. My daughter (5 years old) and I love being on the water seeing as one of our favorite things to do is to go boating and swimming with family. Also we love listening to the live music on the patio at some of the local restaurants in town while enjoying a nice meal. Every once in a while we may dance little as well, but I am sure it is nothing compared to what my experience with Dancing With Our Stars will be.  My daughter is just as excited about me dancing this year, if not more excited than I am, so she can teach me some moves, as she says!  Looking forward to being a part of an amazing event to support the American Red Cross!

Describe your first dancing recollection. About how old were you and what was the occasion?  My first memory of dancing was when I was about 11 years old with my friend Stephanie. She invited me to her Ballet and Jazz dance class a few times and I loved it. That was when my love of dancing began.

Who is your dream dance partner? My dream dance partner I would say is Richard Gere. He was in the movie “Shall We Dance” with Jennifer Lopez, and I just love that movie. Would be a dream to dance with him, he is an amazing dancer, well at least in that movie!

Who is your favorite dancer of all time on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” and why? I would have to say my favorite dancer of all time on DWTS absolutely is Donald Driver! I am a huge Packer fan and I have always admired Donald Driver’s enthusiasm and drive on the field. When he took that to the dance floor my eyes were glued to the TV every show!

Why support the American Red Cross with your participation?  Supporting the American Red Cross throughout the years has been very important to my family and myself.  I have seen firsthand how the Red Cross has helped out in our community and along with many other communities. Having the American Red Cross as a resource in our community is a must and I encourage everyone to continue to support them because I know I will!
